One of the things I look for and expect from someone that I hire in their line of profession is communication. Tommy has ALWAYS been extremely communicative through the whole process and when I have what’s probably considered too many questions he’s always been so kind to go above and beyond to answer them all. It definitely doesn’t stop there either, we purchased our first home almost 4 years ago and he still reaches out to check on us and see how we’re doing. If that’s not above and beyond as well as showing the true nature of his character I don’t know what is. When we bought our first home I remember how nervous I was to find someone who was truly on our side not just someone In it for the paycheck. We definitely from day one found that person we were looking for in Tommy. He really IS the best person we could’ve asked for to walk with us through all the unknowns and chaos of selling/buying a home. He helped us buy our first home and now that we’re ready to move on with the next chapter of our lives, we’ve chose him once more to help us sell our first home and find our forever home. I had a terrible experience before with a different team and Tommy was so far 180° difference. Every step of the way, any hour of the day, we had open communication. I was waiting for a different realtor to call me, we had an appointment scheduled and the realtor never called. I texted Tommy after he had texted me previously after applying in Realtor.Com I told him that since the other guy doesn't seem interested if he could call me immediately we'll be in business, he did, we did and 30 days later closed on a house that we didn't even know we needed in our lives.
